Specify up to 3 levels – For each level:
- Category name font size and color
- Page number font size and color
- Heading for category name
- Heading for page number
Table of Contents Page Position
You can control where the ToC appears on the page:
- Left margin of the ToC
- Top margin of the ToC
- ToC width
- ToC title text
- ToC title font size & color
- Background image for page
