Category page with background image, name, and category ToC (A-2017)

This allows your catalog to have a separate page at the start of every section. The same image will appear on every category page. The category name is vertically rotated. A Table of Contents (ToC) for that category also appears on the page. The ToC will show up to two levels of subcategories.
